1. What We Collect

There are two groups of people this policy covers:

Agents (you, if you have a site with us): your name, email, and payment details (handled by our payment processor, Stripe — we don’t store full card numbers ourselves), plus whatever site content you choose to add (bio, listings, photos, testimonials).

Visitors to an agent’s site: whatever they submit through a site’s contact form — typically name, email, phone, and message — which is delivered to that agent as a lead.

2. How We Use It

To operate and host your site, process payments, send account and sign-in emails, deliver contact-form submissions to the right agent, and provide support. We don’t sell your data.

3. Sharing

We share data with the service providers that make the platform work: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payments). Each only receives what it needs to do its job. We don’t share your data with anyone else except when required by law.

4. Security & Retention

We use industry-standard practices to protect stored data, including encrypted connections and provider-managed authentication. We keep account and site data for as long as your account is active, and contact-form submissions for as long as needed to serve their purpose.

5. Your Choices

You can review and update most of your own information directly in your site editor. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, contact us.

6. Children

The Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll post the update here with a new “last updated” date.
